By using Pure Rallies, you agree to these terms. Pure Rallies is provided by Cornerstone 118 Holdings LLC.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Pure Rallies on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service and Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
Pure Rallies processes videos you provide, on your device. You are responsible for your footage — for having the right to record and use it, and for anything you choose to share or upload to YouTube through the app.
Pure Rallies Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings. Current prices are shown in the app before purchase.
The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Rally detection, first-ball side-out (FBSO), and other stats are automated estimates and may be imperfect.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cornerstone 118 Holdings LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
